"Does this look like the face of mercy?" 

I worked on this project to refine my skills as an artist in several areas of 3D. I wanted to show a contrast between the organically modeled panda and the hard surface chainsaws. The rendered fur became a last minute choice as I wanted to learn more about fur systems. The body was sculpted in Autodesk Mudbox and retopologized in Autodesk Maya. The chainsaws were made in Maya and The textures were made using Adobe Photoshop.
